Best shift light color?

There all normally bright ass hell. I mean the old autometer big one will blind the shit outta you. I just use a raptor yellow one seems to work for me.

I'm getting a dual stage Raptor shift light. I have the option of blue, red, yellow or green leds. Which one is best for day and night time use? I'm planning on putting the light in the vent. I'm leaning toward red since it has the least affect on your night vision.

I had a red one at one point and it was EXTREMELY bright at night, even with the cap on it. I have a yellow mini auto meter now that is perfect.
