Best place for a canned tune.

Hello my friend just sold his 03 GT and got a 2011 GT and want's to use his SCT on his 2011. He eventually want's a custom dyno tune and CAI but wants a little more until then. Livernois, Evo, and alot of other shops have been putting down great numbers with their tune's but don't know where I should send him for a SCT that they can email him?
