That's what my chick says. I went to Italy last year and when I got back I ordered an Uuni to do some wood fire pizzas.. I've been trying to perfect it for a while now. They're really good, just not exactly where I want them. All made from scratch - Dough and sauce - My dough is solid, sauce still needs some work. I actually made a few this past week. I ran out of mozz so I used a few different cheeses. LOL It was super oily but it was still pretty solid. I hope to make it to NY and eat a **** ton of pizza within the next year. My first pie I ever made below... Didn't let the top cook enough but it was edible. It ****ing sucks. Everything I find has to high of a moisture content compared to when I was in Italy.
