Best oil Separator for '16 F-150 ecoboost

I have about 19k miles on my 2016 F150 Ecoboost. I was reading about the benefits of adding an oil separator / catch can.

Please provide any feedback on good or bad options for this.

*I assume this will not void any warrantees... Right?
