best mods for 02 HD 5.4 SC

one of my buddies has an 02 Harley Davidson with a supercharged 5.4.

he wants to know what some good mods are for it.
i was thinking like bigger throttle body or dif. pullies.

Larger pullies are definite, plus, chip, electric fan, boost bypass, CAI and of course a KB blower.

Here is what I would do in this order.

- Oil seperator

- Hankook tires

- Belstein shocks

- Pulley swap followed by a dyno tune.

- CAI when ever

-2.93 upper
-4# lower
-dyno tune
-CAI
-FTVB...cannot emphasize enough on this one...just did it and is AWESOME.
-traction bars
-2" shackles...levels back end with front end
-boost gauge
-clean intercooler then put oil seperator on

that should get him started.

After all the mods mention above, might want to put money if a savings account. Cause your going to get the mod bug for more power:D :burnout:

I am guessing you mean a 2.93 pulley and stock crank pulley...I don't know the size exactly but it is the factory size for the Lightning if that helps.

If you are upping the boost, go with the NGK TR6 gapped at 36 though. That's one range colder.
Some people swear by the Denso IT-22 but it's pricey.
There are no plug wires. It has Coil on Plug (COP).
Stockers are fine with minor mods.
