Defensive player Gaines Adams passed away this morning at 9pn in Greenwood SC. Cause of death unknown. Autopsy forethcoming. He thrilled alot of People buring his 4 yrs at Clemson. Dead @ 26, just wow....

Wow what a shame... Not only was he a good player but a nice guy as well as far as I could tell through his interviews.. RIP.

They're saying cardiac arrest. A mexican soccer player died a month ago from the same thing. I guess the heart never gets better, even if you're in elite shape.
