Yes indeed. The last one sold on here was painted by me, and so was this one.
I'm no pro, but it looks pretty spot on. This guy has a tiny like 1mm spot where the paint chipped off, but its not even noticeable unless you're me. (You can almost see it in the pic, just to the right of the Lightning emblem in the door jamb.
Not sure on the value of this, but I paid about $30 for it, and spent another $20 on paint and supplies, and have close to 10 hours in it.
