Are these the tuned shorties with a CA C.A.R.B. # if so ill take them

Confirming the size primary, you're right it looks like they only come in 1-3/4".

Not sure on the CARB stuff, but it looks like BBK only sells shorties that are CARB legal

They are 1-3/4”. Part number is 16320.
