I've had this problem where if my battery dies and I try to jump it, it starts up fine but as soon as I get around 2k rpm my car briefly looses all power and then comes back on making it buck back and forth while driving. I think its a problem with my boost a pump requiring more voltage than my almost dead battery can put out in it's current state. Alternator is working perfectly and it revs just fine in neutral. Has anyone experienced a problem like this? Maybe a fuse I need to upgrade for the voltage or something? (25amp instead of a 15amp)?

I would suspect a bad ground or the battery has an internal fault.
Normally I would agree but it only has the stuttering issue when the battery dies then I jump it otherwise it would be a constant problem. Plus this is my second battery this has happened to and both times it has happened I pulled the battery out after and tried to charge it again and they can no longer hold any voltage and cannot be charged.

That tells me you have something that is causing a fault in the battery. Could be a bad ground or bad alternator. You need to start troubleshooting the system properly.

Tested my alternator already and it's working perfectly fine. As for the ground issue, where would you recommend looking for a bad ground? like at the boost a pump?

I would start by physically inspecting all your grounds, make sure they are actually secured, not rusted and the connectors are not ready to fall off. This includes any ground for aftermarket stuff you installed such as your BAP. I would also start looking for anything that is slowly drawing the battery down, Youtube has more then a few videos. Also keep in mind that your alternator can still be the issue even if it tested fine.
