[QUOTE="ccq8le, post: 16628767, member: 191396"] I always try to keep my best battery in my terminator as I have had so many alternator issues over the years that I want a strong battery in case I lose the alternator charge and need to get the car back home on just battery power. So If one my cobras battery goes out I rotate out of the terminator and replace the terminator to the newest battery. That being said I have went to odyssey AGM now. I would usually get 7 or 8 years from a lead acid. Hoping to get 12 or so from the odyssey. (Seattle climate) When I ran lead acid batteries I tended to go with the napa legend, as I could always find a napa coupon and the price was good, and they were close to me any virtually all over if I needed a warranty claim. My only concern in running the OEM motorraft is I had one go bad (in my daily ford explorer) they don't just let you bring it into the counter and warranty it. They want the car there and with the techs. Or so was a few years back. Than you have to get the car there and all the bs with it. Not as many choices for group 58/59 batteries now days as there used to be though. Good luck!
