Based on this dyno sheet, what should my shift points be?

I have my raptor set at 6k currently. I am only trapping 117 at most in the 1/4. I am thinking I should perhaps bump it up. I am not powershifting.

What should I be shifting at?

I ran a 12.12 @ 116 by shifting at 6000 rpm and then ran a 11.9 and a 11.8 @ 121 by shifting at 6400 rpm. I'd say that you should experiment since my dyno graph looks very similar to yours.

shift at like 6500 so set your light like 200 rpm before that if your fast on the clutch and shifter...where is your limiter? id set it at like 7000....but dont hit it...if you bounce off of it with your light at 6300 move it down another 200 cause you're shifting too slow....

i always shifted my cars right where it begins to fall off so it falls back on peak power...just play with it..

Start at 6,100, then to 6,300, and last at 6,500 to see what the car likes. I'd guess it'll like at least the 6,300 or more.
