Bank 1 Running Rich

I have a 68 fastback coyote swap with a gen 2r supercharger, long tube headers, and Ford control pack, vmp remote tune. I have been fighting a misfire at WOT since getting my build finished. Everything is new. I completed the idle and idle and rev to 6000k tune with vmp but after doing a 3rd gear WOT run, it would miss during boost around 3400rpm. Vmp said bank 1 had the misfile. What I’ve tried - 2 sets of nkg iridium plugs gapped at .028. Bank 1 plugs are rich. Had the infectors flowed and they were fine. Swapped the O2 sensors from side to side. Fuel pump is at 60 pounds. No codes. Can’t find any signs of a vacuum leak or exhaust leak. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Try swapping the coil packs between bank 1 and 2. Also make sure your supercharger and intake manifold gaskets are not leaking on the side with the issue. Try spraying brake or carb cleaner around the base of each, if the idle changes when you spray you have a leak.
