Bama V2 Race tune and CA smog test

I've been running their 91 octane "race" V2 tune for a while, and can confirm that it DOES pass California smog. Just passed it today at a by the book shop, no issues came up. Mine is even a modified version running a little richer. Just some FYI for anybody wondering. Yes I do have the cats

BAMA still writes tunes? What is different from your regular tune vs your race tune? Most tuners simply deactivate all traction control nannies on race tunes, curious what BAMA does to call it a race tune

They're not very specific, probably just sharper throttle response and a tiny bit more timing. But I wouldn't even call mine the standard race since I had them revise it about 20 times to get it to where I wanted it after datalogging. More of a custom tune. That's why I'm surprised they passed me
