Yea at first it seemed as if he was a terrible shifter. Im guessing that its just really difficult to get used to at first. Probably stright cut gears.

There are no syncros in that IIRC, its also weighs around 2300 lbs and has 750hp with the 38mm air restrictors taken off, 720 with. Absolute menace to society, the only real asthetic difference is the rear wing and the lights are not popup.
