Well that sucks. I need a stickier tire and im not buying new rims. Any other recommendations you might have Matt?

The largest tire size that is approved for your 19x9.5 wheels is 285/35-19. We don't offer anything in this size that hooks up from a dig like a drag radial but an excellent all around performance model to look into is the Nitto Invo.

Our current mail order price on the 305/35-19 NT05R is $265.00 per tire. Shipping and sales tax is FREE to VA. We are not stocking this particular size so we will have to order a pair in from Nitto. This makes the estimated lead time to your door 7 to 10 business days. Give Clint a call at 1.888.459.4080 ext 51816 and he would be happy to set the order up for you. Just make sure you let him know you are a member here so the site receives credit.

Is this still the price on these? 265 for the 305/35-19?

Good to see someone finally has these tires. I've been waiting forever since I've seen them on the nitto website.

I haven't compared the two against each other but here's what the manufacturers list for the dimensions.

305/35R-19 NT05R - 27.44x12.32 measured on an 11" wide wheel
305/35R-19 ET Street II - 27.9x11.50 measured on an 11" wide wheel

*the approved rim width range for both models in the 305/35R-19 size is 10" to 12"

In-terms of performance, the two models are pretty comparable. I would say the NT05R has the edge when it comes to both street and track use. Here's a review Super Chevy put together comparing the two models.

so which wheel will fit better on a 9.5" wheel (i know it is not recommended) basically which is the more narrow wheel. also like i asked you on another thread (sorry for jumping around) what kind of mileage do you think i will see on the street.

The NT05R typically lasts around 5K miles depending on how hard you push them. We do not recommend the 305/35R-19 size for 9.5" wide wheels. If your set on running this size I recommend looking into wider wheels. Typically speaking, Nitto tires tend to run narrower when compared to M/T tires.

Digging this up, See no need in starting a thread for a simple question..

Are these still available upon phone call? I've googled all day and that's how I actually came across this thread? Whats the price running now days on this tire? I see the Mickey Thompson ET Streets 2 are around 379 per tire, so do these tires compare to the et streets, or are they just priced that much better?

I've got a 11 GT a6 and will be setting it up for a 150 shot, and need a tire to hook. I've read that the NT05R's are equal-better than the ET streets 2, but looking at prices, the NT05rs seem to be the way to go..

We do not stock the 305/35R-19 Nitto NT05R but we can order a pair for you. Our current mail order price is only $254.00 each with FREE delivery. Lead time on ordered product is typically 7 to 10 business days to your door.

I haven't personally compared the NT05R to the ET Street II but from the reviews I've seen the two are comparable at the track with NT05R being a better option for both street and track use.
