Autometer Shift Light

OK, so I tend to keep my eyes on the road in front of me. I just ordered an Autometer shift light. Before it gets here, has anybody run one of these, and if so, where do I tap into the stock wiring to make the hookup? Appreciate any replys. .....

Yeah, i have a 97 cobra and run the autometer shiftlite...i took the guage cluster out and scotchlock'd a tap on the tach signal wire...works grreat! The shiftlite will then be more accurate than the tach so don't be discouraged when the tach is a tad off when accelerating...just go by the shiftlite for accuracy!
