This is very surprising to me. What a great engine and transmission combination. With the RS treatment, this is anything but a little girlie car.
In Europe they are pushing 440 hp and 420 tq with just a chip and air intake.

Here are the stats:

ENGINE TYPE: turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 20-valve inline-5, iron block and aluminum head, direct fuel injection
Displacement: 151 cu in, 2480 cc
Power (SAE net): 335 hp @ 6500 rpm
Torque (SAE net): 332 lb-ft @ 1600 rpm
TRANSMISSION: 7-speed dual-clutch automatic

DIMENSIONS:
Wheelbase: 97.2 in Length: 165.3 in
Width: 72.5 in Height: 52.8 in
Curb weight: 3320 lbs

Zero to 60 mph: 3.6 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 9.3 sec
Zero to 130 mph: 17.0 sec
Street start, 5–60 mph: 5.2 sec
Standing ¼-mile: 12.1 sec @ 113 mph
Top speed (governor limited): 155 mph
Braking, 70–0 mph: 161 ft
Roadholding, 300-ft-dia skidpad: 0.95 g

Also, gains of around 100hp from only a chip and intake???? I doubt it.

Everything that I have read about the RSTT it should be a great car. I would like to own one at some point.

Suspension geometry and traction performance is crazy impressive but just can't get over the chic car reputation. This car with 100 less hp posts up numbers that would challenge the new Boss 302!
