Have you ever had a time/point in your life where a song attached itself to the situation you were in be it painful or joyful? Post up what was going on and the songs that belong to it:

GF is gone now/going from college to the Army/Getting my first cool car after such a long time away...

Blue October: Hate me (In the garage, working on and talking about cars I was going to buy/wanted with my best pal I no longer talk to)

Goo Goo Dolls - Name is the most prominent one. It was played at my best friend's funeral.

I have quite a few others.

Then post em, this is a venting/tunes thread

 There would be too many to post.

Music is an interesting thing. It's amazing how a song can quickly and vividly recall a long lost memory.

Here's another. Anyone who has lived with a relative with Alzheimer's will get it.

No such thing, maybe your songs will rub off on someone else and help them with there issue or hard time. You used it, I'm using it. So can they.

At my age, there are many songs that are attached to specific parts of my life. As soon as I hear one of those songs, it brings back a particular memory.

It's funny you brought up Hate Me as I now hate that song because of the memories it brings back about an ex
