I have to register my dads car down in Phoenix for him while I'm down, and need to make sure everything is in line and what I expect when I get down there.
I have the bill of sale, and currently have title with the bank. Now the question is, How do I go about registering the vehicle with title being with the bank? We don't have title in Canada and I've never had to deal with this before.

No...want to show me where it says what to do when a bank holds title? Once again, we don't deal with this title annoyances in canada and THATS what I need to find out.
