Are SCT MAF sensors any good?

Has anyone used these on their cobras..and if so are they superior to the stock ones? Also just out of curiosity, has anyone ran without an intake (if they didn't have one at the time)??

I dont think they are any superior as long as the stock MAF is not maxing out. I'm not exactly sure what the max horsepower is that the stock MAF supports. May be around 465-480 rwhp; you'll have to search around and see if there are some specifics on that.

These parts require a tune.

I heard the newer SCT meters are rebadged Granatelli units, and the older SCT MAFS are the better ones. :shrug: IDK
