Anyone missing clearcoat?

Left rear quarter panel, next to the taillight...there is a patch of rough area about 10"x10".

SIIIIGGGGHHHHH....what next? or dare I ask?

So far,

1. Slight pull to the right
2. Vibration at 80mph
3. Sucky clearcoat job

And the hits just keep on rollin'

I have plentyof clearcoat, however, my lower left side rocker panel is satin silver while the rest of the car is metalic silver. They must of had some left over parts in the old bin and slapped it on for fun. I really didn't notice it until the other day.......
