Hi Tom, thanks. I never knew about parts window time frame. The ones I have are all with in a month. I have no idea how long these cars sat. Creative Industries fitted for Ford the convertible parts. The car has special floor pans. It has extra wide rocker sills and special underbody reinforcement plates. It has convertible pinch weld reinforcements welded in instead of pop-riveted in like the convertible. It also has various structural reinforcements and gussets that were fitted to support the cowl and dashboard. The X-bar brace. Unconfirmed A-Pillar brace. How I ended up on that other Facebook conversation as I always assumed the lawsuit cars did not have any of this. I was corrected that the 107 do have all the convertible parts. Another guy mentioned they also had different seat tracks like a convertible. I heard from another that is also not the case as they would have needed new crash tests.
