Anyone know the third brake light screw size?

Missing the two torx screws that hold in the third brake light.. Looking for the specs on those screws.

Did you try the dealer? Not sure if the screws are no longer sold, but it is worth a check if you haven't.

Per the dealer, they are no longer available, but the specs are: M4 x 1.0 x 16.0 (or equivalent in standard size.)

Sorry to resurrect an oldy but M4 x 1.0 is a hard one to find. Is there another common size that will work?

If you're buying local then any 4mm screw should work although I've never seen metric sheet metal screws in stores. A #8 screw is very close in diameter and will be easier to find. The thread count on sheet metal screws doesn't really matter since it's biting into soft material and will make it's own threads.
