It's a lot easier than it sounds, just buy an eastwood roller and do it yourself. Use a heat gun and go slow, seriously the paint isn't just going to fall off the fender, its easy to tell when its got enough heat in it versus when it doesn't.

The paint can still chip with a professional just as easily as if you do it. Just use a heat gun and go slowly as posted above.
