Um no, I had everybody in my basic from ROTC, Reserves, national guard... That was 2 years ago but still.

No one in ROTC has to go to Basic Training unless they are on an SMP scholarship. Thats a fact.

I'm about to commission in May. Im pretty sure I know since out of our 180 cadets, maybe 20 have been to basic. And thats because they are in the National Guard or Reserves.
