Anybody with a 07 GT500 with minor mods, I.E pulley, headers, exhaust switch over to a E85 tune?

Depending how aggressive you get, 40 to 100 HP. I picked up over 100 HP switching from 91 to E85. At 12 PSI 598 to 701.

What exactly is needed to switch my 2012 GT500 over to E85? I have the trinity upgrade and ID725's already, ATI 10% lower and 2.4 upper.

Obviously a tune. But you will also need larger injectors. And you may still be on the edge for fuel. The next change would be a better fuel system with larger pumps and possibly a return line.

^+1....I've got a Trinity tvs and upgraded my pumps along with dual BAPs and ID1000's for E85. Not to mention I put the Fore billet fuel rails in along with -8 lines pump to rails. You shouldn't need to do all that but I'd say at a bare minimum dual BAPs and ID1000's to make your setup work. Of course, data log and verify everything. Good luck!

Sorry OP, I've got an '07 but it's modded a little more than what you're looking for. I'm more than willing to answer any questions you have though!
