Anybody successfully swap a TR 3160 transmission into a Boss?

I see that the Magnum XLs are being swapped commonly, but am very interested in a TR 3160 swap.

I have the 3160 in my 2022 Mach 1 and I love it. I was thinking this transmission would match up better, ratio wise, to a Boss/Roadrunner engine vs a Magnum XL.

I love the 3160 in my GT350R!

What sorts of issues would there be to do the install? New clutch, flywheel, driveshaft ok. Any other weird things like speedo hookups or anything else?
