I looked up the window sticker at

Honestly, unless you plan to road race or autocross the car don't bother. My 13 non-pp has plenty stiff suspension and plenty of brake. Once the cars are tuned their is a negligible performance difference if any. I would stick with 13's on up myself due to various improvements over the 2010-2012's. Good luck.
