I could do most basic and mid level work. The space I have to work in is limited. I have a tight one car garage and I'd have to do most of my work outside in the driveway.
In general, I would want to be able to take the car to a place that would be competent in helping with troubleshooting issues. I think it goes without saying also a shop that does quality work and pays attention to details.
I do realize that these cars are also 21+ years old and expecting a shop to be familiar with all the nuances of a Terminator may not be a reasonable expectation.
Right now I'm thinking:
- Weld subframe connectors
- In-person tuning w/dyno
- 4 wheel alignment
- Install IRS differential bushings (I could do this myself)
- Regular maintenance for convenience (time and/or weather limiting me from doing this.
