I’m looking for 2.25 2.375 even a 2.5 inch 6 rib I’m going to be doing some modifications to the pullies and wanted to check with the guys before buying them new from kenne bell

As smaller pulley always means greater risk for belt slip, have you considered upgrading damper instead?

I’m gonna be sending them off to griptec to do the level 3 coating I’m barely getting any slip now about 6400-7000 rpm the level 3 coating should cure it I’m running a 2.25 upper currently

I wasn’t aware that’s a option sending them to grip tech is it just sandblasted?

No they actually weld on a coating laser welded I believe it has little ridges instead of slag splatter pretty neat idea it bites onto the belt. I have sand blasted my pullies in the past it works for a while but looses its grip after a about 10 pulls although I am spinning my blower a lot faster than most
