Does any one have any dyno numbers before and after header instalation. And what was the brand of the header. Also does $350 sound like a good deal on getting them put on. Thinking of going with the bbk long tubes.

350 for install of long tubes is a good price.
Results from LT's will vary.
Cars with full exhaust mods already will show smaller gains.

I put a set of BBK LT's on my buddies 03 about four weeks ago. His baseline dyno bone stock with the silencer removed was 362 SAE and torque was 374. With BBK LT's, BBK o/r h-pipe and Flowmaster catback and JDM cool air kit on the same dyno he made 427 rwhp and 408 rwt.

I talked to a speed shop today, and they said that they pull the motor to install the headers. Is this abnormal or dangerous in anyway? I heard a lot of people saying that dropping the K-member was the way to go?
Thanks in advance.
