I'm travelling to Norfolk VA., and Atlanta, GA for a couple of days next week. Any good 03 Cobra specialist shops or tuners in the area?? I might get a couple of hours to spend on Wednesday, August 20th.

Yes but the older ones (Pantera down) are still waiting for me to restore. The reason I bought the 03 was that I thought " before I get working on my old cars I'm going to be old"!!
