it said that driver was ejected through the windshield.
Windshield in accident photo is unbroken and in flawless condition. It's even clean! Something happened. But it's not what they are reporting.

I'm assuming they meant the back glass since it's gone, but who knows for sure.

I know. And he walked away from the accident. It's straight through where the driver was seated. Maybe he was (somehow) ejected before the guardrail passed through the interior.

Those are Super Snake wheels. It's just a standard GT500. It doesn't have the hood of the Super Snake or the KR.
