Another gauge pod thread

I searched but was not please with what I could find.

I am considering going with either the single steering column gauge (lunar boost/vac gauge)

or

The instrument bezel with two ( boost and Oil pres. or water temp)

Here are my questions.

With the single steering column pod can I use my the tilt on my steering wheel completley?

Out of water tmep and oil pressure, which is easiest to install and which is more vital? I will be going with a 2.93 in the near future
