Animated Avatar?

*Disclaimer* - I did do a search on this and did not find my answer

I was just wondering what the rules are concerning avatars. I was wondering if I can get an animated avatar or not? I tried to use one I found on the net and I got a message saying that I mat not use an animated avatar. Anyone know if there is a way around this? here is the one id like to use-

You should be able to use an animated gif. I am not sure about other files. The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 58.6 KB (whichever is smaller). The file in your post is 152.82 KB, which is too large to use.

You haven't been able to ever since I've joined. Maybe they switched the rules with the server upgrade. I've made a few threads about it.
