has anyone ordered the leather shifter boot (with white stitching) that AM is now selling? Im curious what the difference b/w the premium and non premium is? I presently have a Boss boot with a small collar/retainer and wish to retain that style small opening, which boot do I order from AM?? I "chatted" with a rep and got no where as he had no idea what the difference is............
