Amazon chip question...

Buddy of mine just got an Amazon Racing Diablo "flip" chip. He did not request or pay for a second program, so when he installed the chip, he left the flip switch disconnected. I told him that he should have installed the flip switch, otherwise he cannot be sure that the chip is really active. He should have installed the flip switch, and switched it to "program 1".

Am I wrong, or is the chip set to default to the "on" position?

Untill you get a secound tune don't even hook the switch up. With no switch connected in will be in tune 1.;-) Any questions give me a call or shoot me an e-mail.

Hey Rick, on the chip I ordered I did not receive a switch. Can you make sure to include it when you send back my reburn? When we talked on the phone you mentioned that you could even turn the program off and go back to stock. I'd love it if the switch would do this.
