If you want to run an idiot light then put it in series between the alternator and ignition switch.</p><p></p><p>On 4G alternators the S-circuit is made internally in the housing and you don't use that wire. In the factory harnesses the wire exists coming out of the connector, but just dead-ends about a foot down the harness.</p><p></p><p>Hope this helps.</p></blockquote><p></p>
