airbag code 32

So took the car out the other night. On my way home I get the airbag light.
So doing some research It blinks 3 times pauses then 2. so Diver side airbag.
"means the driver side airbag has a circuit open or with high resistance"

I noticed the horn doesn't work all the time and the cruise control doesn't work aswell. It's almost winter here so not in a hurry to fix it. But from what I am describing does that sound like the airbag clockspring went/going out?. Car has 53,xxx miles.

What your describing sounds very much like the clock spring. Weird though those usually get damaged when the shafts is disconnected.
