Compressor is cycling on and off. It won't take a charge.
Read that you need to jumper on the the compressor harness to override safety cut out. (with high low gauges monitoring of course)
My question is where to jumper. (between which pins on harness?)
Can't seem to find this info in the CD/manual.
Thanks. Been on the back burner for awhile.
Hoping to not go through 3rd summer without air. (wife lol)

Id check your system pressures, it could just be the low pressure switch is bad, too much freon will make it cool worse or even damage the system. You can get a manifold set from harbor freight for 40-50 bucks (there are 20% off 1 item coupons in just about every magazine it seems).

the low pressure switch is on the passenger side, you can see the harness connection on the evaporator (little black bottle on the firewall with all the hard lines going to it). You will see the two terminals (out of 4) that are being used and a paper clip will work. I have taken an ac system from bone dry to full without having to jump that, again have your pressures checked first!
