Air Conditioning issues 1998 Cobra

I tried to do a search on this and came up with nothing.

The issue consist of the Air conditioning not working when the ambient temperature outside is above 80*. It will blow hot air only and the compressor is not engaging at all. When the temp is even slightly below this is blows ICE COLD...

or check you low pressure switch . it located by firewall on passenger side it is on the black canister. your unplug and jump with wire. on plug side . my cobra had same issue. 18 dollar part

$18 part, plus evacuating the system to replace it, and then recharging the system.

Try installing one can of R134a refrigerant with a sealer. You'll need a hose kit and have to know where to insert the refrigerant into the system.
