We've added some new knock parameters for the Ecoboost motors that may transfer to the newer Mustang, 2013/14 and possibly as far back as 2011. In the past (2005-2010) knock was only available as a DMR so it was not supported on the gauge. The knock parameter that was in the setup menu was something we got from our material we licensed from Ford but didn't make sense to us. We included it with the disclaimer that deciphering was up to the user as opposed to just eliminating it. Honestly, we've had very few comments or requests for knock, which seems to be much more prominent in tuning GM cars, so we have not dedicated a lot of time to adding DMR support which would be a huge effort. About CS, the question is are these few people really unhappy with it or just demanding a phone number? We answer emails and forum questions every day, most within 12 hours and strive to get all within 24. No issue has ever not been address, and we've taken care of everyone that has had an issue with a gauge that we know of. We get quite a few comments on our CS, people seem happy with our response times and handling of issues. This is a fairly simple gauge, and adding a significant premium to the price to hire someone to answer the phone because a few people don't want to use a computer isn't what most people want. We have a forum, Facebook, and Twitter account too, many ways to contact us. If you need to order by phone we have over 100 dealers who can handle that. I really don't think it's fair to say our CS is bad just because we don't advertise a phone number when we've put a lot of resources into other platforms such as our forum. Also, we do followup by phone if justified.
