Ac/heat only on high setting

I have an 11 f 150 5.0. Today while driving home I notice that both my ac and heat only work on the highest setting (4). Anyone else have this problem? What things could I check first?

I know this is old and hopefully you already have a solution, but if not... You need to replace the blower motor resistor, $28 and takes about 15 minutes to replace. It's behind the glove box. Just bought the same truck with the same issue.
