? About SCT chip burner.

May be a dumb question, but a buddy of mine just bought a SCT chip burner. What SCT software does he need to get to use it? He has a chip in his S/C '98 Roush and is wanting to be able start tuning it himself.

He will have to buy the pro racer package. He will also need a handheld to data log with.
