I need to wire up my a1000. Any suggestions on how to go about that? Do I need to wire up a relay in between or I can run accessory/trigger wire to positive side and run a chassis ground? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Most people run a relay with a 10ga power wire, use the FPDM power wire for the trigger wire, and ground the other side of the pump to the chassis.
Not sure the architecture on the A1000 pump or if it will tolerate the high frequency pulses that the stock FPDM uses.
