A/F ratios

I'll be using e85 on the gas scale. I've read that at WOT the A/F needs to be in the 11.2-11.4 range. What about the ratio cruising?
Any thoughts?

mine is at 14-15 cruising

Mines 14.0-14.8ish At idle/cruise and 11.8 at WOT...this is with the tune right from KB
