Those A/F ratio gauges are useless. All they do is tell you is which side of stoich. (14.6:1) you are running, but there is no way to tell what the A/F ratio is without a much more expensive sensor. The sensors on the car do not do this, all they do is "switch" from rich to lean and the computer does the rest.
There are no problems with the calibration of the car, it has to be rich to protect the engine and the cats. The Lightning is the same way. That means there is performance to be gained with leaner tune, but also much more risk and voiding the warranty.
So, save your money on the gauge, buy a good chip and use good gas
