Not certain, I'm hoping they wont be drilled into the housings. I'd like to be able to swap my black surrounds around with these and call it a day.
I'm happy I got em for what I'm paying. May be paying a little more than anticipated, but the middle man needs to make a few bucks too. Guy I got the car from has been hunting for these since he's had it. As he said, he's living vicariously through me. Lol

Can you detail how you took apart your mirrors? I have a set I want to paint.
Pop the glass out, unbolt the bracket from the base and from the eggshell, depin the harness and pull harness through.

Been a minute since I posted here. Picked up some new seats to replace the ragged out SN seats that are in it.
Also got a set of ATS brembos for it, but found i need to get different wheels. Unsure of what I want to get, as sadly try Cosmis Xt005r's that I want will not work with the brembos.

Thankfully I got a good deal on these for right at 1k. These only have like 20-25k on them. Guy I got them from is building a terminator swapped boss shinoda clone. He wanted black over gray, and these were just sitting around. After he bought a set.

I was half tempted to get some seat foam and the TMI covers and toss them on some junkyard seats. Might be a cheaper option but you don't get the real leather it's all vinyl unless you pay the premium

I considered doing the same. I did want all the functions of the 03/04 seats though, so I chose to get an OE set.

I know they require the 03/04 foam for the covers but I don't know that the foam fits the sn95 brackets so my plan was grap some junked seats and use new edge frames. What other adjustability do you get?

Bolsters are adjustable.
You can't just buy terminator foam, you have to get the foam specific to the seats you buy. I will have some good buildable cores here in IA for sale from this 97 soon...

Seats are in and work great! Gotta fix the rears. For some reason they won't unlatch from the seat frame. I had to swap the 03 seats onto the 97 frame, as it fits a little different. They will be coming out this spring for a deep cleaning of the car. Did not realize how much stuff gets under the seats on the carpet over time.
Swap harness was perfect for me too, I like to be able to reverse things if needed got two pigtails and wired them together. All the forms spoke of colors to splice and what not. Sadly these pigtails had black wires. Little time picking through my ford service literature, and determining what pin went where, and things were sorted.
