The fasrtest way I can think of would to be to check with the service dept at any dealer. They should be able to run the VIN and find out if the fix was performed. You could call the SVT guys to. I should expect that they would be able to find out for you also.

You can also look for a green (and some also have black) dots on the right front corner of the intake as you are looking at it from the front. This isn't always the case, as some owners have reported no markings on their "fixed" intakes. The service department at your dealer could find out really quick by entering the VIN into the computer.

I remembered something else this morning that might give it away. Check the underside of the hood to see if there is a sticker indcating that the computer was flashed with an update. If I remember right they replaced the cat back exhaust, part of the intake manifold, flashed the computer, and in my case replaced the tensioner pulley. ( even though the pully had already been replaced!)
