99-04 best rear suspension for a solid axle mustang

Looking to buy some lower and upper control arms but need some advice on what brand is better for the money or just all around best. I was looking at upr and teamz but I really need some input of what people been using that works n can cut some 1.5 or less on a blower car auto. Been 1.28 with this set up .... http://www.teamzmotorsports.net/product_p/tzm-ss1.htm .... also Team Z stock location springs, Afco double adjustable shocks and 275 MT DR's.
